  This restaurant's manager/owner has to be the rudest most incompetent person I have ever seen operate a restaurant. He is so arrogant to customers as well as staff. The food is disgusting and highly overpriced. The only thing it has going for it is the view. I would highly recommend the Manager to take a training course in basoc customer service skills. Would never go there again.

  Rude service.
  My friend and I came to enjoy brunch at the Pavilion. Once we had finished our food, the waitress came to clear our plates and we were talking while drinking our beverages which were still quite full.
  As soon as the plates were cleared, another waitress, I presume the manager or someone with some sort of managerial role, placed a reservation card for 12:30 on our table right in front of us quite loudly without a word. It was around 11:30 at this point in time.
  We found this to be quite rude and almost discriminatory- there were four or five other tables by the window and we were the only Asians, and the only table where she put down the card as if to tell us to leave.
  I do not understand why she couldn't have told us politely later on that there was a reservation for that particular table which we would have been more than happy to leave for, or even placed that card AFTER we had left.
  
  We talked about this to her, and she told us she wasn't trying to push us out, and that she was happy to move us to another table past 12:30 if we wanted to stay for that long. Despite this, I think for someone who seems to have been in the service for a long period of time, it was inexplicably rude.
  
  The food was also HUGELY overpriced - we paid almost $50 for a slice of bruschetta with some churizos and two tiny english muffin Egg Benedicts with smoked salmon.

  Got food poisoning immediately after also waited over half an hour for food..would not go back or recommend. Nice views is about it

  Disappointing. Such a great location, so beautiful. Coffee was ordinary. The person who served me (who I think is the owner) was a tad unfriendly. Disappointing as I used to go there years ago. Plus the music was too loud and probably better suited to a nightclub. Come on guys - these things are easily fixable. I'd happily come back if you did. Even to pay for your $5.20 coffee, which given everything just added insult to injury.
