- Nicolas Labatut Added September 07, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We arrived at 130pm for a 130pm appointment (first visit) for a ear infection of my 6-year daughter, we knocked the door, nobody answered. Went next door thinking we might knock the wrong door, searched office but did not find it. We went again to initial door, knocked loodly 3 times, then an unpleasant lady opened and told me we were late...I filled the registration form, then lady came back and told me doctor refuses to see us.
Doctor Tayeh is acting worst than a state employee, caring about the clock more than his patient, and not honest as he should have opened the door first instead of pretending I was late!
Is there an authority in Australia able to assess and blame doctors for such poor behavior?
