  I would not recommend this place. I went there to get a quote on my boyfriends iPhone for him, and sell it on his behalf if possible. I was not able to sell it because I did not own the phone, which I completely understood and was fine with. I asked if they could quote me, so I could let him know and he could go back himself.
  
  While the lady was inspecting the phone she thought there was scratches on the front and started running her fake nail over the screen, hard enough that it was making me nervous.
  
  She called her coworker over to inspect and her coworker seemed less sure if there were actual scratches and ran her nail over the spot a few times as well. I hadn't noticed any scratches on the screen myself and was pretty sure there wasn't because the device was just replaced not that long ago.
  
  Then the first lady pressed her nail into the screen and said look if you press down on it you can see its scratched.
  
  At that point I asked them to please stop because I was didn't want the lady to damage the screen by pressing her nail into the screen. Especially because it wasnt even my phone. She said her nails wouldn't scratch the screen because they were fake. I have no idea if that's true, but don't believe it is.
  
  I was fine with them checking for damage to give me a fair quote, but I don't understand why she wouldnt use the pad of her finger to feel for a crack in the screen, or shine a better light on it or something. Surely pressing her giant pointy fake nail into the screen of the phone is not the best way to check for damage.
  
  I also felt the quote was a little low but I get that you're not going to get as much money from a reseller as if you just sell something yourself. In any case, was very underwhelmed with the phone inspection procedures at this place.

  you guys need to do something about the asian girl that works there !! Her attitude towards customers is well below standards and she has been known to be rude most of the time.
  Ive been there half a dozen times and she is NEVER in a friendly mood.
